Focussing on strategic solutions which increase the bias for better integration between IT and business. Understanding and modernising IT operations, user experience, and how IT supports the business and systems through people, processes, and technology.
- Supporting customer IT Directors, Directors of Technology, CTOs, and CIOs through transformation programmes across core IT solutions and platforms including hybrid infrastructure and digital workspace
- Workshop business and IT-related challenges, identifying opportunities for incrementing maturity and operational effectiveness
- Building, proposing and leading, solutions and services engagements delivered by Softcat Services teams and our Partners
- Working with sales to develop new solution and services propositions for delivery by our EA, professional and managed services teams
- Attending “big deal” reviews - assessing the risks and requirements associated with new large opportunities coming in before Softcat engage fully, then continuing to support opportunities through bid responses (RFx)
